1.3. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be issued according to the following criteria:

– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the delivery has already been completed.

– Delivery charges, unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

– Any fees associated with the disposal of waste or materials in the skip bin.
